How long to refund our onboard acct credit?

We had a credit balance after our recent cruise on our onboard account. How long does it take Princess to refund the money?

I am a little confused. Was this money that you actually sent to yourself or credit from something else on your shipboard account? Some credits given to you are not refundable if you don't use them, from my understanding. It's always best to take them out in the casino to balance the account before you leave the ship, if they are non refundable.

Hmm..well it was mostly credit I sent to myself before we left. My folio from the morning of debarkation shows a credit balance. There is a line "this account has been settled to ....XXXX" which is the CC we used. Also says "no charge/credit due" and the amount.

 

If it is credit you have sent yourself how long does it usually take to get the money back?

I dont know about credit resulted from money you sent to youself.

 

I do know credit resulted from Princess own accounting errors when it was caught and cleared on the morning of disembarkation (the error was NOT on the printout the night before), took over a month to get it back only because I called them up several times.
