Should I make dinner reservations

I think we will go to Caroline's Cafe (and maybe meet LuLu) one night and then Roof Top Cafe for our last night in Key West.

 

Do either take reservations and if they do should I plan on making them when we get into town? Caroline's would be on Sunday Feb 15th and Roof Top would be on Monday Feb 16th.

 

Guess I'm just wondering if these places are normally busy for dinner and take reservations.

I've never had to make reservations at the Rooftop for either breakfast or dinner. In Feb on a Monday you should be able to just walk in and get a table. FWIW if you are not in a hurry, have a drink at the section of the bar looking *into* the restaurant, sit outside for dinner, try a shrimp & crab cake.

I've never needed reservations for Caroline's either. There is always steady traffic there, but there seemed to always be a table ready.

 

Personaly, I wouldn't worry about reservations. :cool:

Thanks! One less thing to worry about. On that Monday we are taking the trip out to Ft Jefferson. So once we get back and changed and get over to the Roof Top Cafe we won't be in any hurry at all! :)
