Seattle Hotels

We're going the end of August, and we got our two nights on Hotwire too for $68 (that's after taxes). It was 3.5 stars. Radisson at the Gateway (right near the airport). Since booking, that hotel has since been downgraded to a 3 star and the price on Hotwire has since edged up a bit.

I use hotwire to book hotels all the time. Booked one for our cruise out of Seattle just a few weeks ago. We have 4 adults and I booked the 3 1/2 star in downtown-Pikes Place for $140/night. Turned out to be Red Lion on 5th Ave (we stayed there for our 2005 cruise). I like Hotwire because you can book a room for more than 2.

I just 2 rooms at the Red Lion Inn on 5th Ave with Hotwire for $79 per night.

Can you tell me how you like it? Also what transportation you used from airport and to pier?

Thanks
