Grand Cayman - Any place offer free phone calls home?

Anybody know of a place that offers free phone calls home? We'll be away from our little girl (will be 20 months old at the time) and it's going to kill me not to hear her little voice!!

 

If not a free phone call, we have Verizon-- anyone know if you get reception here?

Your verizon phone will work here, just trying to remember if I needed to do something with the phone first. I think I had to call them.
