lynninsc Posted March 17, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 17, 2009 We were in Aruba last week on AOS. We spent the day at the Radisson for $16 pp. This included lounge chair, palapa, use of pool, tennis courts, restroom, pretty much anything on the property other than an actual room. The resort was beautiful as was the beach, and we had a great time there. Thought it was a great deal. They were very friendly and welcoming of cruise ship passengers. tommycoop Posted April 4, 2009 #7 Share Posted April 4, 2009 I called up the Radisson several days ago and was told that is $16 per person. They advised that I did not have to reserve in advance...just come on in. Sorry, I didn't read that you were looking for taxi info.

Arubalisa Posted April 9, 2009 #9 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Did it include lunch/drinks too?? I highly doubt it. :o A Caesar Salad (no chicken or shrimp) goes for $12.95, burger or hot dog $12.95, Wraps $13.95... Beers are $5 - $5.25 Sodas $2.75 Aruba Ariba, Mai Tai, Long Island Ice Tea etc. $8.
Kviolasr Posted April 10, 2009 #10 Share Posted April 10, 2009 The $16 does not include food/drinks. I only includes use of the beach, beach chairs, unbrellas, pools, towels. We did these day passes a couple of weeks ago. Beach/grounds are beautiful. There are places to purchase drinks, food (on grounds and elsewhere along the beach). We took the bus both ways. Very convenient and inexpensive. Excellent port day!!
CrusinAgain Posted May 20, 2009 #11 Share Posted May 20, 2009 Why would you need a taxi? Isn't this the same Raddison that has a boat to go to their own beach island? If so, this is within walking distance from the port. There's a Crystal Casino and a mall the boat goes into.

Radisson is in the high rise section. As for food, there's a beach bar on the pier near the hotel or go thru the hotel onto the street and there are many places reasonably priced. nanner10 Posted June 27, 2009 #14 Share Posted June 27, 2009 We have stayed at the Radisson on two previous vacations and it is a very nice resort. I have emailed them about their days passes for our 7/12/09 Adventure of the Seas cruise and look forward to being able to use all the resort facilities again..
