Just Got Off the Imagination on the 13th

I just got off the Carnival Imagination on March 13. We went to Key West and Cozumel.

 

Nobody told me it was college Spring Break. Yikes. :eek: Karaoke Bar was like animal house and the Lido Deck was like a soft porn. Other than that we had a great time.

I'm glad to hear that you had a great time. I'm going to be on a B2B in April on the Imagination and had a couple of questions. Do you know who the band playing in the Shangrali Lounge was? If so, how was the band? Did you go to the Mirage Piano bar? If so, how was Josh Tuckman?

The Imagination title to this thread caught my eye! It seems that cantwait, dolphin1313 and I are the only ones who will be on this ship next month. I sure wouldn't mind some more detailed review (hint hint) and maybe some pics (hint hint) as an appetizer to our cruise! :o

I was on that cruise also. I knew about it being Spring Break, but I grossly underestimated the #'s. I would say that roughly 60% of the entire cruise was spring breakers. That being said, I was a little apprehensive about having to be a jerk deflector all week. This fear was not realized as most of the kids, while being kids, were under control and just having fun. It ended up adding to the enjoyment of the cruise. Hey, who wouldn't rather look at 300 fit college girls oiling each other up in their bikinis than the alternatives? I know I'll take the bikinis.:cool: While I enjoyed most of the party scene, I didn't take many pictures of it. Mostly just pictures of the boat, cozumel, key west, and miami. I guess I just didn't think of those pictures being valuable to take. I will be more considerate to all on these boards and take some bouncy pictures next time.:p Consider it a lesson learned for the future. Here are a couple pics to wet the apetite for those cruising soon...

I would agree that it seemed to be more than half spring breakers. Though their effects were only really felt at night. (Not sure why they feel the need to scream cursing through the halls at 3 a.m.)

 

In truth it was probably a far lower number.

We'll be on a school vacation week, so we'll be dealing with a spring break of our own! I'm a teacher, so I can't get away from it! I don't mind though, I will just zone out and enjoy the week with my family!
