Anyone played the Oceano course at Bajamar in Ensenada?

Funny -My husband and I are sailing on the Elation on April 19th and would also like to play Bajamar in Ensenada. :p No idea - just have seen the website. But we were somewhat concerned about the safety in Ensenada.... Are you playing for sure?? Maybe if there is safety in numbers we would feel more comfortable. Are you playing in Catalina too??

The course is awesome! If you play there, try and get to play the Oceano 9 holes. The other two nines are nice, but there are three or four holes along the ocean that are spectacular. I've never played Pebble Beach, but I pretend I'm there when at Bajamar!

Thanks Brian for the recommendation! When did you go and did you feel safe? Did you go with the ship's excursion?

is the $125 just for 9 holes? I am not for sure playing yet but still trying to convince my wife its a good idea...safety isnt likely an issue...we just got back from the Mex Riv and went to Mazatlan, PV and Cabo...felt fine along the way. I am not playing in Catalina...have friends that we are hanging around with

ad on carnival's site makes it seem like 18 holes...is it 9 on Oceano and one of the other 9's?

sadly have decided against golfing (as much as I would love to) to save a few pennies
