Door Decoration Guidelines? RCCL Deck 4?

We have 3 cabins on the April 3rd RCCL Rhapsody sailing out of Galveston and would like to use the over-the-door wreath hangers to decorate our doors? Are these allowed? And another question: When we booked Deck 4, we did not realize the Main Dining Room was on this deck. How noisy is it?

Should we try to move to a different deck? TIPS: The L.L. Bean "Gatecheck ID Organizations" are the perfect size for Royal Caribbean ID cards and are so reasonably priced at $8 (Free shipping in Dec.) Also, Bath & Body has travel size room deodorants for $5. Both Barlett Pear and Kitchen Spice are wonderful and great stocking stuffers. Happy Holidays y'all! Mary
