odd they didnt customize, but i guess they wanted to rent it out a lot, so preferred the ability to break down / lock out / etc.

 

price per ft2 is ~$4400 (FS ocean residences seems to run ~$4700 > ~$5100)

I'm pretty sure it was "The World Suite" which was only for rent and could be rented has a whole or has 2 smaller appartments (they had many different way to divide it as you can see here: http://www.theworldsuite.com/).

 

Also, on top of the price tag associated with this appartment, I guess the annual charges are 750 000$ or more.

yeah, the link is in the article, which i quoted.

 

i seem to recall the world or four seasons topping out at ~$500K/yr.

 

if it was the world, youre right it would be even more, because its the top unit plus another unit.

 

aha, looks like ~$700K/yr for this 6BR unit.
