according to google maps it's about 54 miles or a 1 hour drive...

How are you planning to get from the Amtrack station to the port? I work at the hospital right there and don't remember seeing a rental car counter and a cab would be very costly.

You could take a cab to a car rental agency or have them pick you up?

My wife and I did the amtrak thing last year. You can enterprise, where they come and pick you up. You have cabs, and you have limo companies. I found one that cost me like $75 for a limo to PC. It took about an hour, depending on the traffic. Will be doing the whole amtrak thing this year too but to Miami!

We used Cocoa Beach Shuttle. They were right there when we got off the bus. It cost us 106 tip included for two of us
