I was pleasantly surprised with the Internet service on the Grand. IMHO it's the fastest of any Princess ship I have sailed. That's not to say it's super fast, but it was consistently good with no noticeable slowdowns.

Also, I found the crew member in the Internet Cafe to be very knowledgeable and helpful. This too is unlike what I have experienced on other ships.

The Grand offers wireless service in the cabins where I was able to login with my iPhone and even make phone calls over wifi using Skype and Fring.

We had a fantastic cruise on the Grand earlier this year. The crew is very friendly and helpful and the food was superior to some other Princess cruises we have taken.

Have a great cruise!
