MadManOfBethesda Posted April 15, 2009 #28 Share Posted April 15, 2009 Looks like you and one of the other posters on this thread are related. Wondering why the need to always be so snarky with your replies. You mean sort of like this one of yours?

alcpa1 Posted April 16, 2009 #30 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Thank you for the OBC info. It does differ from the RCI in regards to the gratuitity clause. That's good to know up front.
luvcruisn' Posted April 16, 2009 #31 Share Posted April 16, 2009 When I have the onboard credit from my stock, the amount is just applied to my onboard account. The gratuities and any onboard purchases that I have made have always been subtracted from whatever credit, including the stock credit, that I have on my account. On one cruise, the stock credit almost paid for everything on my account, as I didn't purchase very much onboard that cruise.
cruisinsmoothly Posted April 16, 2009 Author #32 Share Posted April 16, 2009 My TA confirmed that the OBC did indeed show at HAL. Thanks for all of your replys. I would like to think that I will be able to apply some of the credit to my gratuities, but I know that I will have plenty of other charges beyond the gratuities so I am not worried either way. Now does anyone know how to make 2 months go by fast?
