I know that the past two days were the WOW sale but it seems over the past few weeks it's so hard to get through. Just was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this. Thanks! We were booked on Mariner to Cabo 5/24 and it was redirected to Seattle, etc. Not good for a graduation celebration. We spent a total of more than 2 days on the phone, talking or on hold with RC to have the plans changed. Very drustrating. Thier Swine Flu call line is a joke. The people oon the other end have no power to make changes. Frustrating. We slogged through though, and were rebooked on Liberty out of Miami. Hang in there!
