Are you talking about the Itinerary Changes and Travel Alert? Go to Carnival.com. It's posted on that webpage, lower right.

Yes, a few months ago they put a lot of the content that used to be on bookccl.com/irman onto a server that requires T.A. login permissions. Its a shame, there is (was) a lot of good information on that site.
