flyfan33 Posted June 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2009 Hi. Do the TVs in the mini-suites on the Golden/Star have a/v ports to hook-up a portable DVD player? We're bringing one to show friends some slide shows and to have on hand in case the kids want to watch one of their favorite movies. But, the little screen on the portable is too small and we would want to hook it up to the TV. If we can't, no sense in lugging the DVD player and all of its cables. Thanks! yyzatcqq Posted June 8, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 8, 2009 If the room has the old style TVs it will have composite (yellow for video, red/white for audio) connection on the front. If you have the new style LCD TVs, it will have composite AND component (video connection of red/blue/green as well as audio red/white) connections

From our cruise last week on the Golden.... Yes the Golden has the larger 24-26 inch flat screens in the minis (2 of them back to back). They have a large array of jacks and a lot of room (shelf space) around the TV's. One had (2) 110v plugs behind it, and the other had one.
