Northern Lights Restaurant Coupons

Has anyone used the restaurant coupons out of this book? If so, which ones and where? I'm not too familiar with the names. I'm looking at staying Denali (3 nights), Anchorage (1 night) and Seward (2 nights). I'm just seeing if I can maximize the usage of this coupon book.

Do you have the book? Check out the website. Many choices for the anchorage area and I don't remember any for Denali except the cabin dinner.
