Buying alcohol in Anchorage on July 4?

It is too early to call the store in Alaska and ask, but does anyone know if liquor stores up there will be open on July 4? I want to get some wine before we sail from Whittier and it seems Anchorage is a better choice than Whittier for that, but it occured to me that stores might be closed. We get in at 9:30 at night on the 3rd so shopping the day before is probably out. TIA

Although some liquor stores may have reduced hours, they will be open. 4th of July is too big of an alcohol weekend to lose sales!
