Cruise_More_Often Posted July 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Here's a link to New York Cruise Info (http://www.nycruise.com/terminalNYC.html). Click on the links under "Manhattan," which is the terminal NCL uses.
njhorseman Posted July 2, 2009 #5 Share Posted July 2, 2009 The street address is 711 12th Ave. The vehicle entrance to the pier is at 12th Ave and 55th St. NCL ships normally dock at pier 88.
garycarla Posted July 2, 2009 #6 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Yep, just typed new york city cruise terminal into google and it popped right up. The main, forever there terminal, in Manhattan is the one used by NCL. http://www.nycruise.com/
euro cruiser Posted July 2, 2009 #7 Share Posted July 2, 2009 The NCL web site is awful - very little information beyond the sales pitch, and hard to find at that. The port directions are there, however. You have to log on, once you do on the bottom left there is a list of links, one is "port directions". Here is a link to NCL's directions to the port of New York: http://www.ncl.com/csimages/495/532/newYork_port_2.5.pdf

Its 8.18 miles from LGA to the Manhattan Cruise terminal 1/2 hour cab $30 16 miles from EWR 35 minutes or so cab $70 and 19 from JFK... 45 minutes or so....cab $60 I don't know who wrote those but he/she has never been to NY here are the maps and the mileage http://www.mapquest.com/mq/3-QNPMeHEp9*ER from LGA 8.18 http://www.mapquest.com/mq/1-6jMG*wReOe_xjkEIXgsI EWR 16.05 miles http://www.mapquest.com/mq/9-UYcdJ75p3eAJquyh from JFK 18.87 miles(this is different from what I posted before because I wanted to see if going through the Queensboro Bridge from JFK-and no toll was different- its less) Note than none are 30 miles! one more avoiding the toll on the NJ Turnpike through the Holland tunnel is 15.46 miles you can't avoid the toll into NY from NJ no matter how you go...http://www.mapquest.com/mq/5-HVchW3WkRS2GnMjvoIc1
