Freedom Formal Nights

Let me start by apologizing if there is a similar thread out there asking the same question. I looked and didn't find what I was looking for. We are on the Freedom 8 night Eastern Caribbean and we are trying to find out which nights are formal in the dining room. If anyone has sailed this itinerary recently and can help it would be greatly appreciated!:)
