Anyone else not getting instant email notice for answers to their posted questions??

Not sure why I am not getting them.I did sign up for them. I have in the past. Just not lately.

I've gotten quite a few of them tonight. What drives ME nuts is quite often I'll get anywhere from 2-5 emails showing the exact same reply. *****?

I get that too. So I just delete all but the most recent one. Figure I can backtrack and read, if there are actually other replies. :)

Sure, although sometimes I just read the email without coming to the board. :)

 

Hey Dixie...the email alert to PB's reply came in about 3 minutes after I replied...so something's up with either your settings or maybe your email in general...I hope it gets fixed!

It is usually under USER CP - subscriptions

 

I have never had that setting on. But I have seen the option. So check there. Remove all subscriptions.

 

See if that works. :)

 

EDITED TO SAY - I found it - go to USER CP - then EDIT OPTIONS

 

Default Thread Subscription Mode

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

Do not subscribe

No email notification

Instant email notification

Daily email notification

Weekly email notification
