foster3453 Posted July 22, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2009 Is it better to stay higher up or on the lower floors? Thanks
LARGIN Posted July 22, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 22, 2009 Depends if you get seasick or not.. The higher up on the ship, the more motion the cabin...

Dive Girl Posted July 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted July 22, 2009 Well, you'll get more motion forward and aft than in the center of the ship. The most is generally forward. What cabin/what ship have you booked?

Schplinky Posted July 23, 2009 #8 Share Posted July 23, 2009 We prefer lower cabins. The higher the cabin, the more the ship seems to flex and creek in the night. We had a cabin on the top cabin seck on HAL and every night, they would drag what sounded like every lounge chair onboard over our room at 5 a.m. to wash the deck and then would drag them all back to wherever they found them. Also, we prefer to be closer to the water. The view of the waterline, miles away, is not all that different 60 feet higher or lower.
