I have sailed on NCL once. The casino experience wasn't that good. At the craps table the minimum bet is $10 with single odds. Many players don't want to play at a $10 minimum table. Mainly those that aren't that experienced.

Carnival has $5 minimum and double odds. Celebrity has a $5 minimum with 3,4,5x odds.

Either Celebrity or Carnival is good. Why would anyone want to play on NCL? I wouldn't. Single odds just don't do it for me especially when other cruise lines give better. By the way, the minimum bet doesn't bother me since usually I bet green chips.

Single odds? Is that right? I was on the Gem last December and it was at least 2x (or 3/4/5)...I don't recall exactly, but 1x I would remember. Is this a recent change?
