Themed Dinners

We are going on the Emerald 10/11 and wanted to know what menus will be served in the dining room on a 7 day cruise. We would like to make a reservation at the specialty restaurants and want to be able to make them on the nights that the main themed menus don't look as appetizing. Also, we wanted to try the Chef's table...does anyone know what night they put this on? Thanks:)

When you board their should be a table set up for reservations for the Specialty Restaurants; they should be able to tell you what each night theme will be. For the Chef's Table you will have to call the dine line. BTW, I heard that you should call for the Chef's Table as soon as possible after boarding.
