best stops when using murray guide?

Murray's Guide is very complete and detailed. Read the descriptions and you can probably determine for yourself which appeal to you.

What we have done is to first go out to the Gold Rush Graveyard, passing the train yards on the way. Then out the Dyea Spur as far as the viewpoint, which is pretty spectacular. Then up over the Pass, stopping as our whim dictates and we see a good view.

The Suspension Bridge is something we have never stopped at. It is highly touted but gets mixed reviews.

And of course -- the one single potty stop he describes is a DON'T MISS experience ;)

PS -- we had a chance to have dinner with Murray and his DW when our tour went through Whitehorse. They are a delightful couple and he is full of knowledge about Alaska. Thanks, Murray!

Cathy and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you and Renee, too :) It's great to be able to put faces to usernames, and to find out what people are really like - brief comments made online don't usually give much of that sort of information.
