Great decision to stay in Puerto Rico and fly back after Thanksgiving.   Don't bother with guest services on board for the flight reimbursement.  It all has to be submit online with NCL Miami.  Here is the link from NCL's site: https://www.ncl.com/case-submission  Attach your receipt and boarding passes. Keep a copy of the letter you received about the reimbursement for your records.   We booked hotels and our own flights when the Star had its propulsion problems last year.
