I always appreciate a bit of background from the author of any review as it helps me form better frame of reference. Here goes:-
Background: I'm a fully retired Gen Xer. I started cruising in 1987 and the first 5 cruises were on lines that eventually went bankrupt (Regency, Commodore, and Dolphin).These ships were all in the 20,000 GT range so I do have a historic love for the little gals. I was married onboard the inaugural sailing of Celebrity Zenith in 1992 so Celebrity will hold
The dress code sign has vanished BUT, the man in front of me tonight was turned away in shorts. He was shocked. I was shocked. His wife was shocked. I take that back, his wife was pissed. She said they intended to eat dinner at the buffet but left because there are such limited choices.
Celebrity really should communicate the reduced buffet options considering many rely on it for dinner. This is a bit of a cluster and does not put Celebrity in the best light.
