I always appreciate a bit of background from the author of any review as it helps me form better frame of reference. Here goes:-
Background: I'm a fully retired Gen Xer. I started cruising in 1987 and the first 5 cruises were on lines that eventually went bankrupt (Regency, Commodore, and Dolphin).These ships were all in the 20,000 GT range so I do have a historic love for the little gals.
