La Guardia 411 - (congestion/construction issues)
Starting this thread for folks to post about the congestion and current problems at La Guardia due to the construction.
A lot of out of towners have been recently asking questions about LGA, often after they have booked flights and often for same day flights. I'm hoping the New Yorkers who have current experience with the airport will describe the issues.

Here are some of the latest photos I took last week & this week while at LGA, going to/from Hertz rental, which is located east of the (main) Terminal (B) & also T-C & T-D, closer to T-A used mainly by JetBlue, all of which required a transfer via the free blue or red shuttle, depending on where you "deplane" - to T-A's parking/staging area for ALL rental car pickups.
Suffice to say, LGA is the middle of its multi-year redevelopment & construction projects, while so
