Dining enquiries

Does anyone know where and when the maitre d typically is on embarkation day to discuss dining? We are on the Sky princess in 2 weeks and would like to know this.

Emerald is currently sailing at 80% capacity but it is plain to see in all areas of the ship that there is a shortage of staff and a lot of drinks not available.
