21 Chef’s Table Menus?

On VikingTV yesterday, the Chef said there a total of 21 menus at the Chef’s Table. I didn’t know there were that many. Below are the ones I can name…can we put together a complete list? 1. Thanks to @Dukefanand @SLCSkierfor doing most of the work. I’ve updated the list with the remainder of the menu information we have available. I’ve made missing menu and item in a red font-hopefully someone will be able to complete this.
