We've done a few Caribbean cruises with P&O and always had Tui flights on a dreamliner. They've always been good planes/flights and are part of the attraction of using P&O.
Just had an email from P&O saying that they are now using Maleth Aero (as opposed to Tui) and that there will be no inflight entertainment. Looks like they're a charter company using old Airbus A330's.
Really not happy about this - presumably if there's no in flight entertainment that also
P&O don’t have any planes so they fundamentally cannot be at fault for aircraft delays.
Turning to the package holiday contract, that gives P&O responsibilities towards passengers for issues such as flight delay even if not its fault. P&O have to provide board and likings at certain points etc. They also have to rearrange the travel.
