3PM Departure from MCT Question.

I just realized that my departure on NCL Breakaway on Dec 3rd is at 3pm. (don't know how I missed that)

This is much earlier compared to the other cruises we have been on in the past with 5pm depratures. With those departures out of southern ports we tend to arrive around 10/11am and were on the ships before/by 12-12:30pm. Last boarding about 3pm.

We were hoping to walk around for a bit after checking in. But with this new info, I don't think time will allow.

With this time being so early does check in and boarding start erlier? I am assuming there is no debarkation happening that morning off the ship.
