  1. Exactly! A guest services fail! That is why I suggested to speak to the GS manager!
  2. Not true again! They would have to match you to your cabin attendant and then disribute it - Why would they go through that effort and what would be the purpose for RCL to do it? Why are you pushing these lies? Actually it is in the interst of RCL to NOT notify the attendant as to not have any potential further beef with the cutomer!
