Thanks guys for all your advice!!

I've been on 6 cruises before (all out of Galveston or New Orleans) and never have I felt so stressed about a cruise before this one! Trying to figure out what to do at 5 ports is stressing me out (that and the fact I'm the only veteran cruiser out of my group of 6)
My question is any advice what to do at the ports and which port would be the best for just walking around and seeing what you could get yourself into?...no formal excursion
Ports are Barbados, st marten, st kitts, st Lucia, st.. Thomas

I second the bike short thing, get a pair that's tight and it will not only help with the rub, but if you get a snug pair it will help you look a bit slimmer to. I wear bike shorts under my dresses not for help with what you need but to save myself in case a nice gust of wind decides to make my dress go all Marilyn Monroe on me :-)

I always try and lose weight before a cruise. Generally I gain 7-8 lbs on a 7 day cruise so I like to get that much below my goal weight so when I come back I can return to just eating my normal diet... That way I'm only depressed about being off vacation and I'm not depressed about eating a reduced diet to drop some lbs.
On my last 5 day cruise I actually weighed my self the day I came back and I had gained no weight, and within 3 days I was actually down 1.5 lbs... It was weird lol

I booked my last 2 cruises thru discover, no problems!

I booked under a Texas resident rate and it was the cheapest way to book... Submitted my documentation 17 days before my cruise and it posted 2 days later

I was in the triumph in October... My cabin was on deck 2 and I never noticed any foul smell on that deck or any deck really. I enjoyed my trip on the triumph, the crew is great... Beautiful ship.

The bartender was assuming that the alcohol was smuggled and not purchased from BV.
I told her it was from Bon voyage, she said you are supposed to drink it in your cabin... Is Said really who has time on a cruise to sit in your cabin and get drunk?? Lol

On my last cruise on the triumph on 10/26 one of the bartenders freaked out about us having alcohol from our rooms. My friends and I had put about 2 shots in our Tervis tumblers and had gone to the bar to get a soda (we all had bottomless bubbles) as a mixer. Well the lady insisted on filling our tumblers instead of giving us a glass... She started to dump out my rum but I stopped her and that's when she got all angry with us... Telling us that was against the rules blah blah blah. Luckily the bartender who we had gone to a time or to before was around and told her to just do it for us

I work retail... And trust me people only call to complain.... It is very rare someone calls to express their thanks for a great trip (which is what I know the majority of customer get at my store)
That being said just sailed the triumph on October 26-31 and had an amazing time!! Ship looked great, service was great, food was awesome! Loved it!
