Great, Thanks much.
Just a FYI. I have read there is parking off site. I do not have any experience using this. I understand it may be a little cheaper.

Hi, I have a question about parking at Cape Liberty, is it like Baltimore where you park outside right next to the terminal or do we use the premier parking garage down the road at get shuttled over?
Thanks
As of Jan 2016 there is a garage next to the terminal. Park in garage and take a elevator to the ground floor and walk to the terminal. This is after you drop off all your checked luggage. $20 / day to park.

Thank you, this is NJT so time is not a factor. You can purchase ticket and use any time.

Would anyone know what time the shuttles start running to Newark Penn Station? Trying to make plans for Oct 2015 return to Cape Liberty.

Thank you

Looking to see if anyone here has taken a train from Nice France to Barcelona Spain? If so I have a few questions.
1) Is there a direct train? If we need to change trains would this train change be at the same station or do we need to go to a different station to catch a different train?
2) What is the best web site to obtain tickets?
-
You shoud go to Newark Penn station. The taxi dispatcher at Cape Liberty can put you in a shared shuttle for $17/pp.
Thank you. I am guessing several folks must go this route to have a shuttle. Also I am assuming this shuttle is near the exit? I have not been at the new terminal yet. I do remember the old one.

Looking for some suggestions on getting from Cape Liberty cruise terminal to the NJ Transit Secaucus Junction station. Looking to go south to get to Hamilton station. This trip is not until Oct so I have time to plan.

That OBC is automatically used to the purchase of the FCR making the net cost $150 - you don't need to worry about it any further. You pay $150 and get $250 towards a future cruise.
If you have extra OBC to use, you can purchase FCRs with that too.
EDIT: Here are the T&C for FCRs, make sure that you're fine with them too. :)

.
Thank You, I did a search for those T&C but could not find.

I you do think you might cruise NCL again, purchasing the FCC while on board is a good deal. It is $250, which is charged to you on board account. However, then $100 is immediately given back to you in the form of on board credit you can use on the current cruise. Then a full $250 is held in you NCL account for up to 4 years and can be used as deposit in full (not for some suites however) for future cruise bookings.
Thank You very much for this information. (Agree seems like a good deal) On the $100 that you can use on the current cruise can this be applied towards the Tips or is there restrictions on this credit?
Thank You again.

I have to admit to not understanding what you are asking for here. A more detailed question would be helpful.
Assuming you are asking what benefits there are to booking a future cruise while aboard an NCL ship, the answer is quite simple. There are no benefits because NCL does not allow booking of future cruises while on board.
Yes you can do it via the Internet through the NCL website, but that is no different than you can do right now on land.
Yes, Sorry I was not clear. I plan to try out NCL and if we enjoyed ourselves maybe we would book another cruise on board as other lines currently do. But it sounds like this is not a option on NCL.

Thank You, This sounds a little different then other lines!

Would anyone know the perks for booking on board?

Would anyone know if the Hertz rental car location at FCO airport in walking distance to the airport entrance or will I need to obtain a taxi? Or better yet do they provide transportation?

Thank You all for the suggestions.

Looking for some suggestions.
Will be finishing up a cruise and have 3 days to tool around.
• Finishing Civitavecchia. (April)
• Looking to rent car at Port. (Suggestions) (Drop off at Airport)
• Possibly drive to see the Amalfi coast. (Thoughts?) 4 hour ride. Is the Coast difficult to navigate?
• Take a trip to Capri one day from Sorrento.
-
Thank you all for all the suggestion all.
-
You can use your google maps with out using data? Thank you for the international drivers permit tip.
-
My plan is open but am thinking of renting car at port then take 3 days and drive down to the Amalfi coast. With some stops on the way.

Looking for suggestions on a rental car in 2015 out of the Civitavecchia port. Any suggestion would help. Been to this port a few times and do not recall a rental car agency.
Plan to stay in area and drive south for about 3 days. Suggestion on the drive on what to see on the way.
1) Would one obtain extra Insurance?
2) Can you walk to the rental agency from port and then return to port to pick up luggage?
3) Rental Company someone has used?
The plan at this time is to rent in Civitavecchia and return to FCO Airport.

Would anyone be able to recommending a SIM card that works at Sea? I have a up to date unlocked phone and looking to see what SIM cards work at Sea. I know some of the crew use a company called Wireless Maritime Services. These cards are only available for the crew as I understand. But do work in a unlocked phone at sea only.

Use there sea pass to create a account and then you can log in wireless under there account. Use the minutes up under moms acct then when this is complete create another acct under dads to use his minutes. Hope this helps.
