  1. I know your experience was upsetting but I don't think it's fair to blame Disney. It is not a company's responsibility to remind you to pay your bills on time. I don't think the customer representatives were in the wrong either. They were under no obligation to provide you with anything more than what they gave you. You act like you are a victim, but you are the one who created the mess. Take responsibility instead of trying to tarnish the reputation of the company.
