Try the Mercure Dolphin Hotel. We stayed in it when we fly in but I am sure it does the parking offers too.

We always stay here as they do a stay and park offer that includes transfers too

We have ordered Roubles and dollars for our upcoming trip to St Petersburg; we were going to use credit cards however our bank (Barclays) have advised us not to use due to an increase in skimming practices this year. They also advised against using ATMs at the port for the same reason, but I do think it's an individual's choice

I order early last week for a cruise leaving Monday. Received 3 packages of name tags a few days later. :D
