Just got off my first cruise on the Volendam, always wanted to try this ship. Was so disappointed to find our ocean view room didn’t have a refrigerator! And only one electric outlet at the vanity, none by the bed so I can plug in my iPad before going to sleep. The cabin was nice enough otherwise, lots of closet space. Didn’t much like the crows nest, no game tables near the windows. I really need a refer so I can keep extra ice as can’t stand room temperature water. Is there any way to find out if your cabin choice has a refer before booking? Hope to hear from fellow cruisers.

My husband and I have both been to Rome several times and with Rome being one of our ports on upcoming cruise we would like something to do at the port itself. Is there an actual city with things to see and do? Everything just refers to Rome. Thanks for any advice.

We are an elderly couple, overnight cruise stop in Istanbul, everything I’ve read about the cruise terminal seems very intimidating. It sounds like a really long walk to get from the ship through the terminal and outside. Hopefully someone can give insight about this , we have no serious mobility’s issues , just can’t handle long distances,hills and stairs. I’m afraid to book any costly excursions and then not be able go. Thanks in advance for any help 

Also we have Have it all, it says we each have two specialty dinners , is this ea 2 dinners for 2 or is it a total of 2 dinners for 2?

Hi all, Just received a casino offer which includes free inside room etc . The one I’m interested in is a 9day Alaska / Denali, 7 days on ship either New Amsterdam or Noordam. Hope someone can give me insight as to how much you actually get to see and do in Denali, also do you buy your own food? 

If a person charges chips to  your room at the blackjack table does this count as onboard spending and added towards your Mariner points?

Received email offer for Premier  cruise with lots of perks,  on-board credits, free gifts, drinks in the casino etc. Does anyone have experience with this type cruise? What kind of gifts do you get? Sounds too good to be true.

Hi All, Booked  on the Carnival Glory out of New Orleans, looking for a pre cruise hotel that's mid way between airport and cruise port, not too expensive.  Have been there before so not interested in the tourist things.  Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Have booked  back 2 back  on the Noordam Vancouver to Whittier and back.  Never done this before, we have the same cabin both ways, will we be allowed to leave the ship in Whittier and re board without the check in process? Also are there any excursions we can do that day?  Thanks for any help!

Hi, We are two elderly ladies 80 & 84 booked on Carnival Glory in Jan 22 Rohatan, Belize, Cozumel. I booked it and invited my friend because I always wanted to visit Mayan ruins. Never considered it may be too difficult for us. My question is in Cozumel there is an excursion called Ultimate Combo Mayan Ruins Snorkeling & Lunch, we would not care about the snorkeling but the rest of the tour sounds doable . All of the other excursions just seem extremely difficult. Any and all insights and suggestions welcome. Also one more question please , are these ports all tender?

Sailing Aug 13 on Ovation, can’t seem to find on Rccl website if I’m allowed to bring on board my own Pepsi? Hope someone can give me a yes!
