For example in itinerary like this:
Day 4 Wed Jan 17 Cartagena/Colombia Arrive 7:00 am Depart 2:00 pm
Day 5 Thu Jan 18 Panama Canal
Day 6 Fri Jan 19 Cruising
Day 7 Sat Jan 20 Puntarenas/Costa Rica Arrive 8:00 am Depart 5:00 pm
Can you get off the ship at Panama Canal and do some activities/shore excursions?

We will be in town for the Saturday night, leaving next day on cruise.
Any idea if the restaurants will be open on this night?
Any info how people from Guadeloupe celebrate Easter?

We want to do a small tour - for example Balata gardens, one distillery(maybe Habitation Clement) and Banana museum or something like this. We are 2 adult and 2 children.
Any idea which one would be cheaper - to rent a taxi per hour, to take different taxis from point to point or to book a private tour?
Taxis are 30-60euro per hour (but which one is the correct one- 30 or 60, big difference)
No idea how much would be on metered taxis.
Private tours are hard to find online, only 2-3 companies and i cannot see any prices.

Are the door between balconies(the divider) able to open and make one big balcony for both cabins?

P.S
According to ferry schedule we can take
1:30 pm Road Town Tortola The Valley Virgin Gorda 2:00 pm
and return with:
3:30 pm The Valley Virgin Gorda Road Town Tortola 4:00 pm
because the one at 5:00 would be too risky.
Is this ferry at 3:30 early enough for ship departure at 18:00, having in mind the parade on Virgin Gorda?

There is a good thread about this, but from 2008.

We will be there on 28th March, the day after Easter, the same case.
Any changes on ferries since 2008?
Maybe there will be a parade again.
Our schedule is arrival 12:00, departure:18:00
Is this doable by our own?

What is the current Covid restrictions?
In RCL App i see 'Guests may visit most ports freely with the exception of St. Vincent which requires tours for all guests...'
Any update on this? Is it still valid?
