Did you personally file a claim with AOn?

If you go to there website , submit claim with booking number,  they should get back to you shortly.  If just awaiting fccs you should have them applied shortly after contacting the AON website.

Hello, glad your pooch is on the road to recovery.  I had to cancel a July cruise under platinum insurance.   Princess refunded port charges  taxes, showed up a couple of days later.  After entering info into insurance website,  had received fcc on princess account in less than three weeks 

The shuttle bus was running in November .

Line up was inside the terminal building. It was still a Roberts tour bus

Hello currently on Crown , last week of 28 day South Pacific.

The ship is in excellent condition for her age , all mechanical issues were addressed in drydock.  Crew has been exceptional.  Some crew due for vacation on return to LA with 65 new crew boarding. 2100 passengers this cruise, approx 3000 expected on Dec 7.

Tracking shows the ship in currently 32 nm from harbor at Lihue, on time for 8 am local time scheduled arrival.  Not sure of late departure reason.

It's been a few months since my last cruise,. At that time , they had remove the ability to order flowers in the cruise personalizer pre cruise,. But as soon as we boarded they could be ordered at guest services and delivered same day 

Actually, the entertainment director announced why he had replaced the cruise director, ( Steve) as he was sick) this was announced at the showtime presentation the first day Steve was placed in quarantine.

If the app is working properly on your phone, that is probably the easiest.   In the app ,  it will allow you the option to take a new picture and upload it, or you can upload a previously taken photo that is stored in your phones photo files. The two options are located at the bottom of the screen when you are on the security or personal photo tab.

If your medallion app is working properly, you can access the arrival and departure tab via the checklist.   Once open click on the "manage" tab  and you should be able to make a change.

Yes we did. Very nice . A large one by the sofa and  a small vase with one in the bathroom ( similar to those at the dining tables)

Just fyi, 

I am currently on the Majestic sailing. Once aboard the ship I was able to order a flower arrangement through the concierge (for suite passengers) but passenger services will handle the request as well,
