I tried to call last Monday to book a casino offer.  I was told I would need to email them.  I sent an email and never received a response.  I sent another email yesterday and still haven’t heard from them.  I understand they may be short handed or busy but to not even get a response is so frustrating. 

We were on the Symphony a Few weeks ago and 100% agree with #8 Rinrin and Mo in the Schooner are the best!  Also Gemma and Ketut in Vintages! Great people and lots of fun.

We are scheduled to go on October 9th.  Did any of the bars allow bar seating or do you need to sit at tables?

I agree this sucks! We booked our B2B almost a year ago and booked the same room for both cruises so we didn’t have to pack.  Earlier this week we got an email saying they were changing our cabin due to Covid protocols which didn’t make us happy but knowing our cabin steward would move our luggage we decided to just go with the flow.  Now this!! We have a 3:00pm check in time which we just selected the later time since we knew it wouldn’t make a difference.  Now if we need to pack, carry off our luggage and then sit outside for 6 hours to wait until 3:00 is awful! Seriously considering canceling.

We did a balcony guarantee on our upcoming Anthem 9 night cruise.  It was a gamble because the Anthem has obstructed view balconies but the difference in price was about $1000.00.  We rolled the dice (figuring the savings could be used for the drink package 🍸🥂🍺🥃) and about 40 days out our cruise documents showed we would be on deck 11 (no obstructed view cabins on deck 11 🤗) and exactly 30 days out we got our cabin assignment (forward cabin but not a bad location).  It paid off for us!

My husband and I are cruising out of Miami in January and are arriving the morning before our cruise.  I’m using Hilton points for our hotel and currently have the Hilton Miami Downtown booked.  Wondering if that’s the best choice or should I change it to the Conrad.  We will have a full day in Miami.  The Conrad is 20,000 more points so not sure if it’s worth it. Thanks for your help.

We were there earlier this month and the Margaritaville is great! It also has a hot tub shaped like a margarita glass and a pool with a swim up bar. Lots of fun!

Love the Crown Loft Suite!

We stayed in a Crown Loft Suite on the Allure and ordered breakfast twice. It was not as hot as we would have liked but it was acceptable. We didn't try it for lunch or dinner although I wish we would have tried it.

You will LOVE the loft suite!!

I don't remember the name of our concierge on the Allure but it wasn't Dexter.

Deck 8 is our favorite on the Allure and Oasis.

We just got back from the Allure and were in a Crown Loft Suite (which was fantastic) but we were not impressed with the concierge. Have a great trip!

We have been on the Allure 3 times and will be going again June 1st. Deck 7 is a great location and you will love it!! Our favorite ships are the Oasis and Allure (no other ships compare!). We usually get a balcony cabin and deck 7 and 8 are our favorite locations. For our upcoming cruise we are splurging and have a Crown Loft Suite. Looking forward to your live review!! WHO DAT!!! We live in Seattle and are huge Saints fans...there are several sports bars that should have the game on. On Fourth (between Pike and Pine) you will find Yard House. On 5th there's Tap House Grill. There's also Gordon Biersch on 6th and Pine in Pacific Place. They have a great Bloody Mary bar which is always fun for an early 10:00am start :). There's another sports bar on 4th called Spitfire although we have never been there. Hope this helps! Enjoy your cruise and Geaux Saints!!
