What types of transportation is offered at the Copenhagen ports to take us to a train station that would take us to Central Station?

My husband and I are going on a 14 day transatlantic cruise in April and will disembark in Copenhagen. We arrive at the port at 5 in the morning.  We are actually planning to take a train to Stockholm and wondered if the train left at 9 that morning if we would have enough time to catch it.  Can anyone tell me how far the train station is and what would be the best way for us to get there.  The ship does continue from Copenhagen so not everyone will be disembarking. My husband and I are cruising on the 11th of April and one of the stops is Brest France.  I’m not seeing many good things about Brest, but there is an excursion offered going to Quimper.  Has anyone been to either place and if so, would you mind sharing what you did and how you liked it.  Would you do it over again if you had the chance!  Thanks so much!
