I'm getting the same issue -- Unable to make partial payment with Gift Card ..

I wouldn't wait until the last minute - I've had little luck making the online payments work, especially if you try to use a gift card

My April 6 booking full refund hit my CC today.  It was dated as 24 April ..  I filed on 18 March ..

 August is a pretty reasonable date -- Given how Florida is treating the two HAL ships (with US citizens on board), and the fact that I am 65, I personally am not going on any cruises until we have a vaccine or proven treatment.   I'm not risk adverse, but there are more important things than cruising- at least to me.

I also don't trust CCL or any other line. It's to their advantage to get you to book, and if they cancel for another month, the FCC is your money they are holding, especially if you paid in full ..

I went to GS once last cruise because I lost my $5 St Martin Hat .. they had it :)

I was pretty disappointed with the furniture though, I agree it looked aged.

The Dream can't fit under the Bridge. Only Fantasy class and Spirit class can fit under the bridge.

Just wanted to let you know I just booked my cruise for March and got 50% off all of us. Also it is a pain to submit the request.

We booked out of San Juan in Feb 2014 .. I talked to the CCL planner, told him we were on Legend, he looked it up, and took care of the whole thing without having to file any paper work ..
