We just booked a Sapphire veranda on the Serenity. I picked a room when I booked but it now appears the room is still to be delivered on the invoice. I would love some input from those of you that have been on board since the upgrades on which ones have the larger balconies and have been updated. We were on the Symphony 15 year ago and look forward to cruising with Crystal again.
thanks

It looks like I’m to late, it’s already gone up

I agree the emails sent out in the past couple days are only have computer drawings. We’re booked in March after 4 or 5 delays. No discount or compensation after the last delay. They’ve had our money since the first day the bookings opened. Not impressed so far, hopefully it will be a wonderful cruise.

How do you find him on instagram?
Thanks

I think this is a great topic. I'm booked on the Edge next week and would love to know what floors they are using to quarantine. Celebrity says they think it's deck 3. I'm claustrophobic and really concerned I could be put in an indoor room.

Thanks for posting, we're on next week hopefully. Have a great cruise and keep posting when you have time. I would love to know the count for next week if you can get it, still on the fence.
Thanks

I just received notice that my March cruise is canceled and all voyages until May are canceled as well. This is the third or fourth time they’ve canceled on us. This time they’re offering no compensation, which I think is ridiculous. I now have to go back again and cancel flights and hotels. This is not the Ritz Carlton brand we are accustomed to, I will not be booking again unless they treat their clients better.

We're booked on the the Ritz Carlton ship next February, we were booked for this year and pushed back due to it not being ready.

I’m not at all impressed with LLP. I’m an elite cruiser that went all the way to Singapore for the Feb 1 Millennium cruise. It cost us a lot of our money for 2 days in Singapore. Only getting cruise credit for there 1 day notice of changes and no direct response from 3 emails sent to LLP. I’m glad she doesn’t work for a company I own.

Well said Bello, from a 2/1 cruiser that went to Singapore

Craig and I were booked in February on the new Ritz Carlton yacht that has been delayed. We were disappointed but offered 30 percent off a future cruise and any airline cancelation expenses . I hope Seadream offers you something for the cancellation.

Thanks Celeste, we look forward to an easier way to donate.

Really miss the all you want Dom and Caviar at the pool during the Sea Goddess days! Also loved the old board where you moved the peg when you were off the yacht. Wonder what they did with it?

Interesting! It looks like something new. We did get wine glasses this year around the Holidays which was a nice surprise.
Anyone booking the new Ritz Carlton Yachts? We booked one for February 2020, they look very nice.

I wonder if the San Juan issues might not have been due to the yacht not being in the United Sates for the past couple of years. They were picking up a charter from San Juan. They have to go through US inspections, not sure when all that takes place.

Traveldoc101,
Thanks for the info, hopefully we won’t need it but nice to know.
Made it to Miami, overnighting at the Hilton Airport Blue Lagoon. I don’t recommend it.
Sugar Ridge Hotelwill not refund me for the room tonight in Antigua so also off the list.
Ready for some weather and to see some familiar faces!

We’ve been at the New Orleans Airport since 5:00 this morning. The airport is just opening at 1:00 pm due to ice. Needless to saw we missed our flight to Antigua and will hopefully get there tomorrow around 3:30.
I hope no one else is having problems.
Hold the yacht and 2 seats at the TOY for us!

So true ohmiss, we also enjoy staying onboard. Maybe there will be more swimming off the back and water sports than previously scheduled.
I hope everyone gets out with this new storm! Safe travels, see you onboard!

We canceled the cruise today as we’ve been to all the new ports on the itinerary. I had emailed the travel agent Sunday expressing my wish to cancel. The agency took it upon themselves to cancel Without discussing options with me first. We’re only getting 85% of the cruise fare towards a future cruise that that has to be used within a year and it will take 30 days before we can book it to get the FCC. I think it’s very interesting that most people are getting 90% future cruise credit or a total refund or an option to book another cruise within the next day or so. We were not given that option according to our travel agency even after I told her what I was reading. I think it was too late as she made a decision to cancel with penalty.
