Terminal 2 in Galveston

We went thru Terminal 2 Decmber 8 2013 and I thought it was awful-we stood outside in the cold for nearly two hours before we could even get into the terminal building. Coming back there were very few porters so debarkation took nearly 3 hours- it seemed very poorly managed to me.
In the future I certainly intend to look at going out of the Bayport terminal. Terminal 2 was the pits.
