Yes the Cozumel Bar Hop does also do a Kids Beach Hop or a possible private tour. Check out their website.. Awesome photo ops on the East side of the island!!

Really wondering if we should stay on the ship when we go in Aug..I have been on a lot of cruises but will be taking some newbies this go round and do not want to scare them off at first. We have looked at doing Technotel at this point..I hope we are making the right choice here..Any pointers??

I have been to Cozumel more times than I can count now, I have found my favorite thing to do. The Cozumel bar hop has become my fav excursion. I am not a big drinker either. For me it is not about the shots that are included it is about the fun, the beautiful scenery, the amazing host, the laid back atmosphere and the delish food! I know I can get to see the East side of the island and have a few drink and the best Shrimp tacos and soak me up some sun and just enjoy island time! :D Going back Aug 11 to do the hop for the 6th time!!

I would also like to suggest the Cozumel bar hop..Getting ready to do my 6th time on the hop on Aug 11. I have not been disappointed yet. Enjoy taking newbies on the tour. It is just too much fun. Not only do you get yummy shots on the tour, the food is delish and the tour host are the most fun!!

Love the review..Cruising the Elation for the first time Aug 9 with 5 ladies, 2 of them being newbies!! I have cruised the fantasy class many times and looking forward to the Elation. I have not really seen any negative reviews on her, so that is good! Of course out of 22 cruises I can say I have not had a bad one :D

Progresso is also a first for me and I have been looking at booking the same beach club you went to. The ladies are not looking at doing any ruins just chilling. How was the food there? The frozen drinks? Do you remember how much you paid?

We booked the Sheraton on Canel St., in NO for one night pre cruise for Aug 8..Can anyone tell me if this location is convenient to Bourbon and what is a really cool restaurant to eat for that Friday night..not too expensive but a must do?

Its a long walk to the food (sometimes 2-3 times a day)

 

You are the most forward cabin as possible. IF you hit rough waters you will get the most motion. Its a good side because the other side will get the dropping of the anchor.

Thank you for your response!! I feel we need to walk more, as I will be eating a ton lol!! Last year we had an awesome location up on deck 8. I asked my cousin if she would want to upgrade, she says she is fine where we are. I know we shouldn't have any foot traffic up and down the halls, no cabins across from us either.. It seems to be in a good quiet location.

just booked Cabin 1202 on Carnival Dream..It will be me and my cousin, so we need separate beds.. from what I can tell this has a bed and a sofa..Any issues with this cabin? I have stayed in all types of cabins, so the location and normally the cabin does not bother me

Getting ready to do my 5th hop in 3 weeks!! I loved this tour not only for its hospitality and fun but the views area amazing.

Punta Morena: beautiful beach, fun atmosphere and nice beach area.

Coconuts: wonderful views, awesome guacamole and chips, cool atmosphere

Bonita: the best HUGE margaritas :D

Rastas: My fav!! Really laid back, hammocks, shrimp tacos and coconut shrimp are to die for! Love the Iguana drink and shot :p

You can not go wrong with this tour and the guides are super friendly and English speaking!!

I have not had the pleasure of doing the cooking tour, but I have done the bar hop five times already and looking at doing it in March..I always enjoy it and have met some really cool people on the tour. The East side of the island is really gorgeous. I am sure you will enjoy which ever one you decide on.

First let me say, you have the cutest little girl!! I have never cruises NCL, but was directed to your review from the Belize board and here I am 9 hours later and finally finished your entire review..( I stopped to cook dinner, etc, lol). I thoroughly enjoyed everything about your review and now will even look at NCL for a cruise. I have cruised with my children many times, but they are all grown now and can not wait to start my 1 yr old Granddaughter cruising!! Thanks so much for the review! Oh yea the video of your lil girl and the horn blowing, PRICELESS!!
