You can have your TA put in the request in advance. You can also ask your steward to secure one for you after you board.
I just bring my own. I have two extension cords (different lengths) that stay in my carry-on, along with a triple tap, and some adaptors for 220 outlets in other countries.Thought cords are not allowed.

Each amuse bouche we received had fish of some sort within. The staff was told repeatedly I was allergic to fish or seafood. Our experience with food in Luminae the same as yours as well as the filet mignon in Tuscan as being not the best. Dined from the MDR menu most dinners. Wondering why the menu is so limited and with the many comments, others are feeling the same.

Thanks for everything.
sailing on Jan 2nd. A little nervous .Were on Edge in October. Great trip no issues.
RCCL JUST ADDED MASK MANDATE INDOORS EXCEPT FOR EATING AND DRINKING.

Do you think this is why the CDC has given this ship a yellow color rating?

So now Books on the tablet...some ships like EDGE have No library and poor selection on others.
Now we'll have to download movies too.
On demand in the room is much better than being on their schedule for movies...and much more comfy on the couch if tv swivels or on the bed...
Whoever is running this place seems really out of touch with cruising and what people enjoy! Not everyone sits at a bar all day and night!
But they want you to.

So so sorry yorky. Not meant for you but for LA CA GAL.

Best thing if you have a problem with complainers is surely to just ignore them, would that not be the best solution ?
Nasty, sarcastic, so unnecessary. Glad your not on my cruise.

Helen, we were on in a suite on the EDGE, NO FOOT STOOL THERE EITHER.
I UNDERSTAND.

Passengers Have a right to let X know that EDGERIZING of ships is it really not THAT GREAT.
WE love X , but not happy with so many changes. People who designed it probably have never sailed before. Scared that they may ruin the S and M ships and Celebrity needs to hear about it. Most of their loyal passengers do not want to go on another line.

This chair with foot stool is certainly better than being in a suite and not even being able to put your feet up. What’s wrong with original lounge chairs ? X has at least responded but still not good enough.

RCL's 2019 Q1 report and call is out:
CEO:
"First, we continue to enjoy delicious yields on our new ships from last year, Celebrity Edge and Symphony of the Seas. We continue to find that our guests appreciate the innovation and the focus that characterize our new ship and more importantly they're willing to pay for it."
"So Celebrity Edge has just been going gangbusters ..."
CFO:
"If you look at Celebrity -- especially with Celebrity Edge, and the yield growth associated with that or the overall demand for Edge has really been exceptional."
Yeah, I don't think they're buying a 5th ship because it is doing so poorly. And I don't see any signs they are unhappy with the direction of Celebrity.
So many unsold cabins. They filled the TA because of the accident the Oasis had and Europeans needed to get home. Also, others were looking forward to their vacation and had flights back to the states. Before this happened, the ship was at least 1/3empty.
if they say, they are doing well, they think you might believe it.

It is obviously women getting off track and sharing things that are not pertinent to title of thread...that’s all!..
.I do think adding the shower doors to S1’s and S2’s to be so much better; too bad the S1afts have the shower curtain, but I have yet to have an issue with water on the floor.
We had no curtain or door, flooded floors and fogged mirrors.
awrful for a sky 1.

Not really a lot. These are our suggestions only. Not meant to upset anyone who thought the Edge was perfect. Here we go. The EDEN shows need to go. I think they are already doing away with them or at least changing them. ALL seating, so you can sit back and relax other than sitting on the edge of the seat or couch or a large seating sectional, not able to sit back at all without your legs going horizontal. So uncomfortable. Most all public area seating is that way except for the MDR, specialty dining, buffet and the martini area. Add some color to the ship instead of grey, chrome, silver and beige. Very dreary. Put nautical theme items around the ship. Clean the stained carpeting. Keep the interior glass spotless. Offer more times to go on the magic carpet. Weather was fine, it was closed. Put some sort of covering by the pool for inclement weather so you can go from the buffet to the burgers while it is raining without going to another deck and then up again. Get a new chef for the buffet. Same food, same layout on the Reflection. That food was excellent. As for the wooden statues and the big black horse. Could care less about those. Lots of open area with wasted space. No idea what they could do about that. Our bed was super hard. Can't change those. Woke up hurting every morning. Some people like that. We do not. Weather you agree or not. Any other suggestions?
Agree with all you said.

I mean thanks George .Missed that panini and cookie. Can’t wait.

Would love to know if showers in Ss have improved . Curtains or doors. We had floods everyday. Also, any improvements in entertainment varity and music??

I sailed in January on the Edge. Many of the same complaints.obviously, from this discussion, X has not learned from their mistakes. Nor do they want to. Just into very modern, despite practically. NEVER sat on so many uncomfortable chairs, nor had to shower in my suite without a curtain or door.
Now I am in fear of EDGIZING the S class , that they will do the same thing.
I realized I did not like EDGE class, but knew I loved the rest of Celebrity. We were loyal Elite Plus , but will reconsider other Cruise Lines.

Did they make theses slats on the Millennium too, or just Summit?

Same thing on the Edge. Hopefully they will learn by the time they do the S class ships.

After all the complaints over the years about the ‘sticky’ shower curtains and they have them on a brand new ship in a suite 🤔?
We had neither curtain nor door .
Would have been happy with anything. No protection from cold air conditioning wall shower, and water flooding the floor. I will take the curtain any time over nothing. Paid over $1500 a day for this cruise and dealt with a flooded floor all week.
-
If I knew on my Edge cruise, I would have packed a shower curtain for my sky suite

We have only been on four cruises. Two on Summit. Our favorite.

Why do you think they are the cheapest SS?
the others SS have nice balcony experiences and beds face ocean except for sunset SS
