Would it be reasonable to take Amtrak from Baltimore or Philly the morning of the cruise? Arriving around 9:30am at Newark Airport and Ubering to the Port? [thursday morning) and returning on Saturday after the cruise?
Thank you!

Looking for decent hotel mid week, mid November in FLL. Preferably with airport shuttle. Also if it has pharmacy, restaurant and or liquor store in walking distance. Thanks in advance!

If you do chino/slacks I would do navy or black (at least with my son) they are more forgiving with the inevitable spills

Went late July last year. Skagway was nice about 65 degrees, Juneau overcast, misty about 60-65 degrees. Ketchikan RAINY but about 60-70 degrees. Only cold day was glacier bay. We packed with few short sleeve tops 2 long sleeve tops, jeans and capris. Fleece vest, sweatshirt and hooded waterproof jacket. A good hat and waterproof shoes are great to have with you! Have a great time!!!

Great photos, so glad to enjoy them as I brought the wrong charger for my camera :(
I'm assuming you felt totally comfortable going to the distillery (safety wise). That's what I wanted to do, but as I was with a group of women, some were concerned after reading the safety warning concerning passenger crime in Nassau!
Thank you again for sharing!

I have two friends on that cruise, their balcony cabins were upgraded to JS! Not smokers, just saying!

How did people bring the water on? carryon? Does it need to be in the case? (We are not trying to bring on contraband, we just want out water!) Thanks. Sailing on her in 8 days!

When we spent a day in Boston our last cruise since we have spent time there before, we took the ferry over to Salem and had lunch and walked around town. Beautiful little town. We were there early September and weather and temperatures were lovely.
