Bonnie, you suggested I contact guest services. I did, and they gave me the same reply. I was not eligible because I booked with an on line travel agency.

We should not be punished for those bookings. I received no OBC or special package, but still not eligible. Corporate change your policy.

I am speaking of the shareholder benefit. I am booked on the TA on April 5. I did not receive the like package or the land discoveries credit. I booked this cruise thru my travel agent a year ago.

I booked with a travel agent. Received no OBC. Received no discounts. Today I was turned down for the shareholder benefit. After reading this forum, I am not surprised. The response was immediate, only took one day for rejection. Bonnie, please talk to corporate. I was a loyal Celebrity and Azamara customer. I will now be looking else where.

Mary Amanda was on our Celebrity Alaska cruise this past September. She was entertaining, but not playing the harp. Her talks were fantastic and her husband's talks on nature truly the highlight of our trip.

We are on the Miami to Nice TA in April.
