  1. Had the same issue and App would not allow us to use the credit and it also involved another party linked to our reservations. Guest services easily credited to our onboard account and now we wait the weeks for a refund. Appreciate all the point of contacts as these may be necessary if credit is not refunded in a timely or timely-ish manner.

     

    Did not want to cancel and then try to rebook onboard since there was very limited availablity, but now we take our chances on the refund.

     

    Tried to resolve with cruise consultant and got an out of office response and no further response.

    Looking at a late booking on Emerald this summer and currently the only cabins showing are the first few forward cabins on either Aloha, Baja or Caribe.

    Any concerns or issues with these cabins that we should be aware of?  Are they regular balcony cabins or cove balcony cabins?  Will be prepared for different motion and some additional wind in that location.  Looking at either Mexican Riviera or California coastal if that helps.  Thanks!
